Kelly Economics, LLC ("Kelly Economics," "we," "us," or "our") uses Sync.com ("Sync") to store and share files internally within Kelly Economics and to share files with clients and other authorized recipients. Clients and prospective clients should avoid sending highly sensitive personal information (for example, Social Security numbers or tax identification numbers) by email when a secure link is available. When we provide a Sync link for file exchange, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of that link and limiting access to authorized individuals on your team. If you believe a link has been shared improperly or access has been compromised, please notify us promptly so we can revoke or replace the link where appropriate.

Sync is a third-party service provider. While we use Sync as part of our information security practices, we cannot guarantee that any third-party service will be free from interruption, error, or unauthorized access. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to safeguard information shared with us and to provide secure methods for exchanging files.
