Kelly Economics is a forensic-economics practice serving attorneys in agricultural, commercial, personal injury, and wrongful death matters. Our Ph.D. economists combine peer-reviewed research with decades of combined forensic practice in federal and state cases.
Our engagements include case strategy, expert-report preparation, deposition support, and testimony where retained. Each report documents assumptions, data sources, and economic methods. The work is supported by sensitivity analyses and cited research, and written for both legal and lay audiences.
Every analysis is built to withstand scrutiny under cross-examination. We favor documented, peer-reviewed methods over proprietary black boxes. We show the work, so opposing counsel can reconstruct it from the record and retaining counsel can defend it at deposition and trial.
